Therapy Intensives
FOCUSED HEALING. ACCELERATED PROGRESS. PERSONALIZED CARE
Therapy intensives offer a powerful alternative to traditional weekly therapy—providing focused, high-impact care in a condensed timeframe. Instead of spreading sessions over months or years, intensives deliver deep, sustained work over a few days or weeks, helping you move through stuck points and experience meaningful change faster.
Where traditional therapy often involves gradual progress between sessions, intensives create a continuous and immersive process. Without the usual interruptions of daily life, you’re able to stay connected to your emotional work, integrate insights more quickly, and reach levels of healing that might otherwise take longer to access.
For many people, life’s pace and responsibilities can make weekly therapy challenging to maintain—or the gaps between sessions can allow stressors and triggers to “derail” the process. Intensives are designed to remove those barriers by condensing care into a focused, intentional timeframe that maximizes emotional momentum and minimizes external distractions.
These sessions are designed to reduce the barriers that can impact progress—minimizing life disruptions while maximizing emotional breakthroughs. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, or just feeling stuck, intensives create space for deep, sustained work that leads to meaningful change—faster.

IFS Informed EMDR Intensive Therapy
What to Expect

Therapy intensives include approximately 20–30 hours of one-on-one work, scheduled in a way that fits your life and goals. Some clients choose a single, immersive week; others prefer to spread sessions across several weeks or months in structured clusters.
Each intensive is carefully personalized. I integrate EMDR therapy with an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens, combining EMDR’s brain-based precision with the compassionate, parts-oriented depth of IFS. This approach honors your protective systems while safely engaging with the mind’s most wounded places—allowing for lasting change rather than temporary relief.

Many of my clients have previously engaged in therapy, including EMDR, and found it difficult to access or to sustain deeper healing. This integrated model makes trauma work more accessible and effective, especially for survivors of complex trauma, helping you move beyond long-standing internal blocks and toward profound, transformative healing.
